Deine Aufgaben Du identifizierst und akquirierst High-Performance-Partner vor allem auf Provisionsbasis (Affiliate-/Influencer-Partnerschaften über UpPromote +weitere Plattformen), leitest komplexe Vertragsverhandlungen und stellst ein messerscharfes Kampagnen-Briefing sicher. Du steuerst kanalübergreifende Kooperationen von A bis Z und agierst gleichzeitig als Mentor sowie fachlicher Ansprechpartner für deine Teammitglieder bei der operativen Abwicklung. Du baust das bestehende Netzwerk strategisch aus, pflegst langfristige Key-Relationship-Partnerschaften für BEARS WITH BENEFITS und entwickelst innovative Ansätze zur Steigerung der Brand Loyalty. Du verantwortest das Monitoring und die tiefergehende Analyse relevanter KPIs.…
