Als Enablement-Manager (m/f/d) baust du unser Training von null auf: Du entwickelst die Struktur für Einzel- und Gruppentrainings, bist regelmäßig bei unseren Verwaltungen in ganz Deutschland vor Ort und wirst der Experte für die Buena App. Verantwortlichkeiten App-Expertise: Du entwickelst dich zum Experten für unsere Hausverwaltungs- und Immobilienapp. Deutschlandweite Software Trainings: Du trainierst die Teams unserer Hausverwaltungen in ganz Deutschland auf die Buena App. Sichtbar machen, wo Mitarbeiter mit der App hängen, und gezielt darauf reagieren. Adoption messen: KPIs auf Mitarbeiter-Level etablieren und veranschaulichen wer welchen Teil der App wie gut nutzt. Du passt gut, wenn du Fließend Deutsch sprichst. Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft mitbringst.…
