Über die Rolle Als HR Manager (m/f/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unsere mittlerweile mehr als 400 Mitarbeiter, sowohl in unserem HQ in Berlin, als auch in unseren deutschlandweiten Portfoliounternehmen. Da wir monatlich durch Zukäufe von Hausverwaltungen wachsen, wächst deine Verantwortung schnell. Um die Rolle optimal ausfüllen zu können, benötigst du starkes prozessuales Verständnis, arbeitsrechtliche Expertise, sowie eine unternehmerisch geprägte Arbeits- und Denkweise. Verantwortlichkeiten Du entwirfst und standardisierst HR-Prozesse, wie das Aufsetzen von Arbeitsverträgen und Umsetzen von Vertragsanpassungen, deutschlandweit.…
