The role We’re looking for an SDR Manager to stand up our SDR function, owning hiring, coaching, and performance management for a team of four SDRs in London today, with plans to triple the team by year end. You’ll build a predictable, efficient pipeline engine for our Mid-market and Enterprise sales motions, freeing Sales Leadership to focus on scaling the AE teams. This is a hands-on opportunity to define how a modern, AI-enabled SDR organization works, leveraging best-practice systems and tooling to generate more pipeline with less—and to build a high-quality talent pipeline for future roles across Sales and Engagement.
