We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Senior Manager to lead Anaplan’s Technical Content team – the group responsible for Anapedia (our product documentation), the Anaplan Planual (our modeling best-practice standard), documentation for the Anaplan Applications portfolio, and supporting disciplines such as localisation. This is a working manager role: you will lead a team of roughly 18 people organised into three sub-teams, while staying close enough to the content itself to set direction, raise the bar, and jump in where it matters. The ideal candidate is not satisfied with how technical content has “always been done.” You will be expected to question established processes, modernise our content operations, and champion the use of AI technologies to scale content creation, maintenance,…
