Über die Rolle Als B2B Operations Manager entwickelst du die Prozesse, Datenflüsse und Arbeitsweisen unseres B2B-Bereichs. Du nutzt Daten, Automatisierung und KI, um manuelle Arbeit zu reduzieren und Abläufe skalierbar zu machen. So kann sich das Team stärker auf Kunden, Partnerschaften und Wachstum konzentrieren. Unser CRM befindet sich im finalen Aufbau. Du übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung dafür, wie B2B-Prozesse im CRM abgebildet werden: Du erkennst Engpässe in der Datenpflege und den Workflows, formulierst Anforderungen an Struktur und Automatisierung und setzt neue Abläufe gemeinsam mit den beteiligten Teams um - von der Abbildung von Lead-Qualifizierung und Onboarding über Pricing- und Konditionslogik bis zu Partnerkommunikation und Shop-Prozessen.…
