About this job
As an AI Program Manager, you will report directly to the Global VP of Revenue Growth and act as their strategic right hand — driving program management for the team while leading the adoption of AI across the organisation. You'll own the operating cadence that keeps the VP and their teams moving: building the decks, pulling the data, and structuring the narratives that power offsites, business reviews, and leadership updates. Alongside this, you will lead AI initiatives across the VP's organisation — working cross-functionally with revenue, operations, and technical teams to identify, pilot, and launch AI agents that make teams more efficient and free up bandwidth for higher-value work.
