Operations Director (m/w/d) für unser wachsendes Operations Team, der/die Projekte zur operativen Optimierung und nachhaltigen Steigerung des Unternehmenswerts in Angriff nimmt. Unsere OMs übernehmen dabei in der Regel - abhängig von Eignung, Erfahrung und Situation - auch regelmäßig Verantwortung in der Geschäftsleitung der Portfoliounternehmen. Die Rolle bietet somit das ideale Sprungbrett, sich innerhalb von wenigen Jahren in eine Top-Managementfunktion/Geschäftsführungsposition (CEO, COO, CXO) inkl.
