The role As our Founding Product Success Manager, you will sit between our customers and product team. You will own customer success after the initial sale while also playing a hands-on role in shaping and improving the product. This is not a traditional Customer Success role. You will work directly with customers, understand their problems in depth, and work with our engineers to turn those problems into product improvements.
