The Global Core HR Process owner will: - Govern global process & standards. - Enable the business by translating its needs into technology. - Drive adoption & continuous improvement. How will you contribute to the success of DHL? Define & document global process standards, also in alignment with the Corporate teams. Drive process standardization, simplification & automation, analyzing business needs, identifying inefficiencies and providing fitting solutions that remove manual work and improve the user experience.…
