Your mission As Talent Acquisition Team Leader Europe, you will lead and develop the European recruitment function, partnering closely with business leaders and HR teams to build the talent capabilities required for Sungrow's growth. You will own the regional recruitment strategy, lead a team of recruiters and ensure an efficient, scalable and high-quality hiring approach across European markets.
