As Senior Paid Search Manager, you will set the end-to-end paid search strategy — from campaign planning and execution through to optimisation, testing, and performance reporting — with direct impact on acquisition, revenue, and efficiency targets. This is a role for someone who has built and run paid search programs at scale. The paid search channel is a core acquisition driver at Mews, and the person in this role will set the strategic direction, define what good looks like across markets, and bring the rigour to back every move with data.
