Über die Stelle Das Team ist verantwortlich für die Planung und Abwicklung von Bauprojekten. Der Stelleninhaber ist, innerhalb des Teams Verantwortlich für die Abwicklung von Projekten (BAU, TGA, …) im GMP regulierten Umfeld. Die Leistungsphasen gehen dabei von der Grundlagenermittlung über Vor- & Entwurfsplanung über Genehmigungs- & Ausführungsplanung bis hin zur Baubegleitung und dem Fremdfirmenmanagement. Bearbeitung von Projekten und Teilaufgaben im Umfeld eines Gesamtprojektes für den Bereich des ICF. Die Bearbeitung und Abwicklung erfolgt eigenständig in Abstimmung mit allen beteiligten Parteien oder gemäß der vom Betriebsingenieur oder Auftraggeber vorgegebenen Konzepte und Terminen.…
