Aufgabengebiet Als People & Culture Manager (m/w/d) bist du Teil unseres People & Culture Teams und unterstützt sowohl in operativen HR-Themen als auch im Recruiting. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren Fachbereichen und Führungskräften zusammen und trägst aktiv dazu bei, unsere HR-Prozesse modern und effizient zu gestalten. Die Position ist zunächst auf ca. 30 Stunden pro Woche ausgelegt – perspektivisch mit der Möglichkeit, Stundenumfang und Verantwortungsbereich weiter auszubauen. Deine Aufgaben im Überblick: Du unterstützt im gesamten Employee Lifecycle – vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding Du übernimmst administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben im operativen HR-Tagesgeschäft Du erstellst Verträge, Bescheinigungen und pflegst Mitarbeiter- sowie Bewerberdaten in Personio Du begleitest …
