Du begleitest unsere Kund:innen und bist verantwortlich für die selbstständige Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Anliegen. Du evaluierst den individuellen Sachverhalt und regulierst von Kollateral-, Prozess- und Gebäudeschäden eigenverantwortlich im Rahmen deines Zahlungslimits. Du dokumentierst Fälle systematisch und trägst dazu bei, unsere Regulierungsprozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Du machst unsere Kund:innen zu Fans, indem du eine persönliche Bindung am Telefon aufbaust.…
