Das sind deine Aufgaben Als (Senior) Product Manager (Mobile & Web) (m/w/d) verantwortest du die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung der InStaffplattform für Web, Android und iOS. Ziel ist es, ein konsistentes und intuitives Produkterlebnis über alle Plattformen hinweg zu schaffen und dabei Nutzerbedürfnisse, Geschäftsziele und technische Machbarkeit optimal miteinander zu verbinden. Dabei entwickelst du unsere Jobber-Produkte kontinuierlich hinsichtlich Benutzerfreundlichkeit, Qualität, Funktionalität und Conversion weiter und stellst sicher, dass neue Features ganzheitlich, skalierbar und datenbasiert umgesetzt werden.
