Jobbeschreibung Als Senior Revenue Operations Manager (all genders) obliegt Dir die strategische und operative Verantwortung für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung einer skalierbaren Revenue-Operations-Struktur im deutschen Markt, mit dem Ziel, Effizienz, Planbarkeit und Umsatzwirkung deutlich zu steigern. Du optimierst Best-Practices in HubSpot- und Salesforce-Prozessen, treibst den Ausbau des GTM-Tech-Stacks (u. a. CRM, Enablement-Tools, Workflows und Analytics) voran und verantwortest die Einführung von Automatisierungs- und KI-Lösungen zur Reduktion manueller Tätigkeiten.
