THE ROLE AND THE TEAM We are looking for a Partner experience process manager (C6) to serve as our primary operational connector and process driver for partner experience improvements within the Article Management Operational Excellence team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between process engineering and partner enablement, doing the critical legwork to connect our backend technical capabilities with partner-facing stakeholders.
