Aufgaben Produktionssteuerung: Planung, Organisation und Überwachung aller täglichen Fertigungs-, Misch- und Compoundierungsprozesse zur Sicherung einer termingerechten Auslieferung. Teamführung: Disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung, Motivation sowie Einsatzplanung des Produktionsteams im Mehrschichtbetrieb. Prozessoptimierung: Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Extrusions- und Aufbereitungsanlagen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
