Ihre Aufgaben: Buchen von Events im Hotel-Buchungssystem Präsentation des Hotels in Form von Hausführungen Erstellung von individuell abgestimmten Angeboten Vorbereitung von Unterlagen und nötigen Informationen für Termine und Besprechungen Durchführen des Follow-Up und Reklamationshandling Fachgerechte Unterweisung und Betreuung der Auszubildenden und Praktikanten Kontaktaufnahme nach erfolgter Veranstaltung zur Überprüfung der Kundenzufriedenheit Genaue Kenntnis der Produkte sowie aller Möglichkeiten, den Gästewünschen nahezukommen Gehaltsspanne…
