Deine Rolle Als Area Manager in unserem Werk in Barleben bei Magdeburg stellst du sicher, dass dein Produktionsbereich während der Schicht reibungslos funktioniert und die gesetzten Produktivitäts-, Qualitäts-, und Sicherheitsziele jederzeit erreicht werden. Dabei coachst und leitest du dein Team kontinuierlich an und sicherst mit einem kollaborativen Führungsstil, dass das Team zur Erreichung der Ziele optimal zusammenarbeitet. Zudem überwachst und optimierst du Einsatzpläne, Prozesse und Arbeitszuschnitte in deinem Bereich kontinuierlich und regst Veränderungen an und/oder setzt diese um. Dein Verantwortungsbereich Als Area Manager führst du ein Team, bestehend aus 5 Supervisor, welche jeweils ca. 20–25 Shopfloor Mitarbeiter fachlich anleiten.…
