To build sustainable and scalable Payroll & Compensation structures, we are expanding technical excellence within our People Team. As a Senior Payroll Manager (gn), you will be responsible for both operational payroll and the continuous improvement of our payroll processes. Beyond accurate monthly payroll execution, you will design reporting mechanisms, enhance interfaces, and optimize workflows - playing a key role in the professionalization of our payroll landscape.
