Als (Senior) People & Operations Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle an der Schnittstelle zwischen People und Operations bei Cara Care. Die Position ist im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung für 24 Monate angelegt und bietet die Option auf Verlängerung. Die Rolle ist remote-first organisiert, setzt jedoch voraus, dass du in Berlin (oder Umgebung) wohnst, da unser Berliner Office unsere operative Basis für regelmäßige Zusammenarbeit und Team-Austausch ist.
