KOMPETENTE ANSPRECHPERSON Du unterstützt die Fachabteilungen im Bereich General Legal bei der Prüfung und Gestaltung von Verträgen und bringst deine juristische Expertise in vielfältige Fragestellungen ein. Dabei beschäftigst du dich insbesondere mit Themen aus der Vertragsgestaltung, dem Zivil- und AGB-Recht, dem Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht sowie aus den Bereichen E‑Commerce, Datenschutz und Wettbewerbsrecht. Du analysierst rechtliche Sachverhalte, bewertest mögliche Risiken und entwickelst praxisnahe, tragfähige Lösungsmöglichkeiten. Du unterstützt bei Trainings und Schulungen für unsere Mitarbeitenden. INNOVATION Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer bestehenden Legal Tools mit, darunter beispielsweise Robotics‑Lösungen oder unser CMS.…
