Zur Verstärkung unseres Legal Teams am Standort Berlin suchen wir Dich als erfahrenen (Senior) Volljuristen (w/m/d). In dieser Funktion vereinst Du die Bearbeitung komplexer Rechtsfragen mit der strategischen Transformation unseres Unternehmens und der Rechtsabteilung durch Legal Tech und KI-Lösungen auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene. Aufgaben Selbstständige Betreuung aller in einem internationalen IT-Konzern anfallenden Rechtsangelegenheiten, schwerpunktmäßig im Commercial-Bereich. Juristische Begleitung von Projekten, Produktentwicklungen und -einführungen sowie Umsetzung von rechtlichen Anforderungen unterschiedlichster Art. Strategische Beratung zu allen mit dem Einsatz von KI verbundenen rechtlichen Aspekten und KI-Governance.…
