Der Job Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Legal Counsel Corporate & Regulatory, um unsere Expertise im Gesellschafts- und Bankaufsichtsrecht auszubauen. Zusammen mit Deinem Team berätst Du interne Stakeholder zu einer Vielzahl rechtlicher Fragestellungen in den Bereichen Gesellschaftsrecht, Corporate Governance, M&A, Corporate Financing und (perspektivisch) Kapitalmarktrecht. Ein weiterer wesentlicher Baustein Deiner Tätigkeit ist die bankaufsichtsrechtliche Beratung. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team und in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Management und unserer General Counsel entwickelst Du pragmatische Lösungen in einem breiten Themenspektrum. Bei all dem arbeitest Du eng mit externen Beratern zusammen und koordinierst diese selbständig.…
