aktuelle Immatrikulation, idealerweise in der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Sozialwissenschaften, Psychologie oder Pädagogik mit Schwerpunkt Personal, ein Pflichtpraktikumsanteil lt. Prüfungsordnung von mind. 8 Wochen ist Voraussetzung Arbeitsweise: Selbstständig, eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert Erfahrungen und Know-How: Idealerweise erste Praktikumserfahrung im Recruiting, Organisation- und Kommunikationstalent Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Der Start sollte idealerweise ab Juli 2026 möglich sein. Die bevorzugte Praktikumsdauer liegt bei sechs Monaten. Ein Pflichtanteil für ein Praktikum laut Studienordnung ist vorzuweisen. Eine Kombination aus Pflichtpraktikum und anschließender Werksstudententätigkeit ist ebenfalls möglich.…
