Als externe Recruiterin bzw. externer Recruiter übernehmen Sie definierte Schritte innerhalb unseres Recruiting-Prozesses und unterstützen unser Team insbesondere bei der professionellen Ansprache und Vorqualifizierung von Kandidaten. Was bedeutet RPO bei uns? RPO bedeutet: Sie unterstützen uns als externe Fachkraft direkt innerhalb unseres Recruiting-Prozesses. Dabei übernehmen Sie klar definierte Aufgaben, die sonst intern abgedeckt werden – ohne Akquise und ohne administrative Zusatzaufgaben.
