Du arbeitest in den unterschiedlichen Themen der internationalen Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung mit, z.B. Mitarbeiterbefragungsinitiativen und Kulturentwicklung innerhalb ETAS Du unterstützt das Kompetenz- und Trainingsmanagement sowie Enabling-Initiativen Du begleitest Aktivitäten im Rahmen aktueller Change-Management und Transformations Projekte Du übernimmst Aufgaben bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Events Du wirkst aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit, wie z.B. durch die Planung und Umsetzung verschiedener Workshops sowie Teilmoderationen Du unterstützt das Team sowohl bei operativen als auch bei konzeptionellen Aufgaben und übernimmst eigenverantwortlich kleinere Projekte Idealerweise hast du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Personal- oder…
