Die Karl-Schubert-Schule ist eine Waldorfschule mit Kindergarten für Seelenpflege-bedürftige Kinder und Jugendliche und arbeitet auf der Grundlage der Waldorfpädagogik und der anthroposophischen Heilpädagogik. Sie ist ein staatlich anerkanntes Sonderpädagogisches Bildungs- und Beratungszentrum SBBZ mit dem Förderschwerpunkt geistige Entwicklung. Zur Unterstützung des Verwaltungsteams der Karl-Schubert-Schule in Stuttgart-Degerloch suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Elternzeitvertretung vorerst befristet auf 1 Jahr eine*n Personalreferent*in (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (60%-80%) Aufgaben Betreuung und Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen Durchführung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsänderungen…
