Join us as Finance Business Partner – Germany & the Netherlands to own financial and business performance across two of Qonto's most strategically distinct markets. You'll drive the regular performance monitoring system, lead Budget planning, and act as the primary financial partner to our country leadership teams in Germany and the Netherlands — as Qonto makes its transition to full banking services. You'll work under the guidance of Nathalie Neff, supported by our Strategic Finance team in Paris. ➡️ What you'll do Act as the country CFO for Germany and the Netherlands: Own the full financial performance of both markets, including weekly pulse, monthly decks, variance analysis that's sharp enough to change a decision.…
