Als Senior Manager Project Finance verantwortest du eigenständig die Strukturierung, Verhandlung und den Abschluss von Fremdfinanzierungen für unsere Greenfield- und Akquisitionsprojekte. Du führst Finanzierungen hands-on vom ersten Bankkontakt bis zum Financial Close und verbindest Banken, Investoren, Berater sowie unsere internen Teams. Deine Aufgaben Du strukturierst, verhandelst und schließt Projektfinanzierungen für BESS-Anlagen eigenständig ab – von der Bankenansprache und dem Term Sheet bis zur Unterzeichnung und zum Financial Close.…
