Position Summary To originate and execute a broad array of transactions, both in the primary and secondary markets across the UK Infrastructure sector and for leading small deal teams through to completion; to lead transaction negotiations with sponsors, external advisors and funding partners and to present credit proposals to underwriting and credit committees. Job Responsibilities Originate new business through relationships with counterparties in line with wider origination strategy of the AGUK Business. Maintain / Seek out new relationships with project sponsors, bankers, advisers and investors. Monitor market and proactively identify new opportunities through conferences, networking events and client relationships.…
