About the Role You'll be the person who brings order to Thorit's day-to-day bookkeeping — owning accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger end-to-end and building the processes that let the company scale cleanly. This is a hands-on, high-trust role: you'll work closely with our external tax advisor and take real ownership of how bookkeeping runs. What You'll Do Own accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger bookkeeping, including bank reconciliation Build a documented, repeatable monthly close process where none exists today Clean up aged debtor and creditor items and keep OPOS lists current Prepare and submit monthly advance sales tax returns (Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen) accurately and on time Support the annual financial statements in direct collaboration with our…
