The Role As a Finance Transformation Manager, you will lead workstreams within high-impact transformation programmes — working directly with CFOs and their leadership teams to re-imagine and digitise finance functions through digital technologies, streamlined processes and modern operating models. This is a client-facing role at a firm that does things differently. There are no legacy layers here — you’ll take real ownership, shape the work, and have direct visibility of the impact you create from day one.
