YOU… develop and implement test programs on state‑of‑the‑art ATE production testers with current focus on Teradyne J750 work on wafer and final test for microcontroller devices with embedded non‑volatile memory (NVM) develop, debug and verify test programs and test patterns on ATE in a secure laboratory environment execute engineering and characterization tests on wafer level and packaged devices optimize test programs to reduce test‑related yield losses evaluate and analyze test data to support learning cycles regarding NVM settings and performance document test results and ensure structured reporting coordinate closely with design, concept, product and test engineering teams on test concepts, DfT topics, content and results transfer and support test packages for production readiness YOU……
