Als Support Process & Maintenance Engineer (w/m/div) unterstützen Sie das Team aktiv dabei, die reibungslose Produktionsverfügbarkeit und Anlagenstabilität im Pre-Assembly Bereich der Halbleiterfertigung sicherzustellen. Ihr Bereich umfasst alle Anlagen und Prozessschritte des Pre-Assembly (Thinning, Dicing, zukünftig auch MEMS-Mehrwaferprozesse). Geplante Wartungsaufgaben sowie einfache und klar definierte Reparaturen an den Anlagen im Pre-Assembly Bereich werden von Ihnen nach Anweisung durchführt, um eine hohe Maschinenverfügbarkeit (Uptime) und Anlagenstabilität zu gewährleisten. Dies geschieht unter Anleitung und Einhaltung der gültigen Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltschutzrichtlinien sowie Arbeitsanweisungen.…
