Deine Aufgaben Du baust und betreibst unsere n8n-Automationen und verbindest CRM, Customer-Support-Tools, E-Mail und Kalender zu nahtlosen Workflows – von der KI-gestützten Ticket-Klassifizierung über intelligentes Eskalations-Routing bis hin zu automatischen Benachrichtigungen bei kritischen Ereignissen. Du entwickelst Automationslogik und Workflow-Regeln in unserem Support-Tool und sorgst dafür, dass unser Eskalationsmodell technisch sauber abgebildet und Informationen zuverlässig zwischen den Systemen synchronisiert werden. Du integrierst KI-Bausteine dort in unsere Automationen, wo sie echten Zeitgewinn und Mehrwert schaffen.
