Für unser technisches Team suchen wir einen hands-on Generalisten, der Softwareentwicklung, Operations und Infrastruktur verbindet und großes Interesse an KI, KI-Agenten und modernen Sprachsystemen mitbringt. Aufgaben Du entwickelst und betreibst KI-Anwendungen und KI-Agenten. Du entwickelst Backends mit Python und setzt Web-Frontends um bzw. integrierst diese. Du konzipierst und entwickelst technische Softwarearchitekturen Du integrierst Datenbanken und Datenspeicher in unsere Anwendungen. Du baust lokale KI-Infrastrukturen auf und optimierst deren Betrieb. Du führst Performance-, Last- und Stresstests für CPU, GPU, RAM, VRAM, Latenz, Durchsatz und parallele Nutzer durch.…
