Grafana Labs is seeking to grow our Business Value Engineer team and support defining, articulating, and quantifying business value across our products and services. As a member of the business value engineering team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the direction of this high-impact function. What You’ll Be Doing: Customer Insights: Collaborate with customers to uncover new opportunities for growth and profitability through personalized storytelling. Value Quantification: Develop compelling ROI/TCO models that identify value areas driven by new products, emerging trends, and market challenges. GTM Enablement: Enable pre/post sales teams through training, content development and support; ensuring our sales organization is equipped to showcase Grafana's value with customers.…
