Unser Team OAS/AOP2 ist verantwortlich für die Bereitstellung und den Betrieb von ServiceNow-Instanzen ab der Betriebssystemebene (Linux) einschließlich der darauf aufsetzenden (Java)-Applikationen sowie der MariaDB- bzw. PostgreSQL-Datenbanken. Dies umfasst insbesondere die Behebung von Incidents, die Durchführung von Changes sowie die Analyse im Rahmen des Problem-Managements.
