Your mission We’re looking for a Head of Engineering to take full ownership of our technology and lead a small, senior engineering team. You set the technical direction, keep the quality bar high, and make sure we keep shipping, as a close sparring partner to our founders and product leadership. You lead the team day to day and still roll up your sleeves when a problem needs your hands on it. Your responsibilities Lead a small, highly experienced engineering team (5 people): set clear priorities, delegate real ownership, and keep people growing through 1:1s, code-review guidance, and technical sparring.
