About the Role Join a small, high-conviction founding team building an AI-powered project management platform for the construction industry. As one of the first engineers, you will own the product technically from day one — partnering directly with the founders to build a category-defining platform that automates documentation, workflow management, decision tracking, and risk analysis for construction projects. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role where you will work across the full stack, from data models and backend systems to polished, responsive user interfaces, with your code shipping to real customers in days.
