Jobbeschreibung Als Head of Engineering (all genders) verantwortest Du gemeinsam mit unserem Managing Director AI & Platform die technische Umsetzung der Produktvision von StackFuel. Deine Aufgabe: Aus Produktstrategie, regulatorischen Anforderungen im DACH-Markt und den Möglichkeiten des Multiverse-Ökosystems eine leistungsfähige, skalierbare und compliant betreibbare Plattform zu bauen und dafür zu sorgen, dass das Engineering-Team zuverlässig liefert. Du führst ein wachsendes Team (heute 6, perspektivisch 10–12 Engineers) und schaffst den Rahmen, in dem Delivery-Verbindlichkeit, AI-gestütztes Engineering und technische Qualität und zusammenkommen. Du arbeitest eng mit Product, AI & Insights, Product Compliance sowie der Multiverse-Engineering-Organisation in UK zusammen.…
