Job Description: Tätigkeiten Identifikation von Leistungslücken und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse im Engineering-Bereich Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Richtlinien und Best Practices sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards Proaktive Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung relevanter Kennzahlen Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsprojekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an die Bereichsleitung, Erstellung von Analysen und Dokumentationen Kommunikation und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden zu neuen Standards und Prozessen Übernahme der Rolle des Product Regulatory Compliance Coordinators (PRCC) und Unterstützung des PRC-Officers…
