Deine Aufgaben Volle technische Verantwortung für Rocket — direkt an die Gründer, ohne Zwischenebene tack von Marriott. Unsere Engineers arbeiten also mitten im echten Hotelbetrieb, nicht gegen Sandbox-APIs. In dieser Rolle verantwortest du Engineering bei MICE DESK — vollständig. Es gibt keine CTO-Ebene über dir: Architektur, Technik, Delivery und Team liegen bei dir, und du berichtest direkt an die Gründer. Das ist eine Hands-on-Führungsrolle. Du führst das Engineering-Team inklusive unserer AI-/Data-Funktion, verantwortest die Schnittstelle zu Product und stehst für alles gerade, was ausgeliefert wird. Engineering, end-to-end.
