Du arbeitest in unserem kleinen AI- & Automation-Team direkt an produktiven Systemen, die täglich im Einsatz sind – von der Auftragsabwicklung über Content-Pipelines bis zur Datenanalyse. Kein Proof-of-Concept-Friedhof, sondern echte Systeme mit echtem Impact. Was uns dabei wichtiger ist als jedes einzelne Tool: Du erkennst selbstständig, wo Prozesse haken, wo manuelle Arbeit unnötig Zeit frisst und wo KI echten Mehrwert bringt – und findest dafür kreative, pragmatische Lösungen, auch wenn es keinen fertigen Standardweg gibt.
