Sie führen die Prozessgruppe FILMS für die vollautomatisierte Waferfertigung im Reinraum. Die Gruppe entwickelt und betreut die Fertigungsprozesse der Anlagen CVD, PVD, CMP, Plating und Dünnwafer. Als Senior Manager Process Engineering (m/w/div.) bauen Sie den Bereich FILMS weiter auf und übernehmen die Führung. Sie verantworten die Prozesstechnik und das Erreichen von Terminen wie Ready for Production (RfP). Dabei stellt Ihr Team kontinuierlich (24/7) das Einhalten der vorgegebenen Parameter sicher. Sie setzen die Vorgaben zur Erreichung der Fabrikziele erfolgreich um. Sie definieren das gruppeninterne Controlling und erkennen Abweichungen, bevor diese Wirksamkeit zeigen. Qualitätsziele betrachten Sie als Ansporn für CIP-Prozesse.…
