Als Process & Maintenance Engineer (w/m/div) stellen Sie gemeinsam mit dem Team die Produktionsverfügbarkeit sowie die fachgerechte und qualitative Durchführung von Wartungsmaßnahmen der Anlagen in Ihrem Bereich sicher. Ihr Bereich umfasst alle Anlagen und Prozessschritte des Pre-Assembly (Thinning, Dicing, zukünftig auch MEMS-Mehrwaferprozesse) Bei Anlagenfehlern beurteilen Sie den Fertigungszustand der Wafer und bergen die Wafer mit entsprechender Nachbearbeitung und Dokumentation. Sie überwachen die Wafer in Process (WIP) und stellen die zeitgerechte Bearbeitung von Holdmaterial sicher. In der Wartung und Instandhaltung führen Sie geplante und ungeplante Wartungen unter Einhaltung von sicherheitsrelevanten Vorgaben und Arbeitsanweisungen durch.…
