Aufgaben Du informierst und berätst Kunden über Nutzungsmöglichkeiten von informations- und telekommunikationstechnischen Geräten und Systemen, Du installierst und konfigurierst Geräte und Systeme bei unseren Kunden. Aber auch die Installation der Stromversorgung und das Prüfen elektrischer Schutzmaßnahmen gehören zu Deinem Aufgabengebiet. Dein Wissen ist in vielen Bereichen gefragt. Bei der Erkennung von Fehlern setzt du sogenannte Experten- und Diagnosesysteme ein, um den Ursprung des Problems zu sehen und anschließend den Fehler zu beheben. Die Ausbildung dauert drei Jahre und findet dual, also im Ausbildungsbetrieb und in der Berufsschule statt Die Abschlussprüfung wird vor der Industrie- und Handelskammer abgelegt Qualifikation Du solltest dich für IT-Themen und moderne Technik…
